We stay for a week in this hotel, we bring our 2 infants baby and our 2 kids. its definitely amazing the service from the staff is a 5 star services, they provided everything you need, The room is quiet big, with cold ac and big tv, soundproof of course also clean, bathroom is very nice with complete aminities. The hotel itself also clean with 24 Hours receptionist who willing to help you. The breakfast buffet definitely amazing the menu changes everyday with many variant to choose and the restaurant is the most very recommended they have a very beautiful view to the beach. Special Thanks to Vy the restaurant staff that makes our breakfast perfect, she help alot about the breakfast need for our infant baby. The swimming pool is so beautiful with infinity pool view to the beach. but its located at the higher floor. if you are a family i Definitely for sure recommend you to stay at this Grand Ocean Luxury Boutique Hotel. The service from the staff is beyond our expectations.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms , 14th floor infinity pool with clean blue water. 500 meters away from the beautiful beach line and Gujarat pure Vegetarian restaurant. There were lots of options for vegetarians and they took care of making a special vegetarian breakfast for us everyday. Miss VY , other staff and the chef was very attentive and took good care of us during the breakfast time . On the checkout morning. We had an early Checkout at 6.30am and VY ensured that we get a packed vegetarian breakfast to carry with us to the airport . Highly recommended for Indians and specially requiring vegetarian breakfast

The check in was quick & easy. Thi & Trâm at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We came earlier than 2pm, so our luggage was stored until we came back from lunch. The breakfasts were simple but good. We really enjoyed the hot dishes every morning, especially the Bun Bo. Thanks to the chef and staff, especially Vy and Hồng. The Cleaning staff was good too. Thanks. We definitely come back whenever we’re in Da Nang. We highly recommend this Grand Ocean Luxury Hotel.

Spacious room, modern design, everything is clean. Super friendly and helpful receptionists: Emily and Zoey and the security guy helped with the suitcases. Very pleased, and will come back. Highly recommend. Stayed in 6 different hotels in Danang and this one is definitely the best one.

The location is fantastic. Within 5 to 7 mins walk to the beach. There are alot of food choices around the hotel. The hotel even provide free bicycle rental. The motorbikes are also for rent at a very reasonable fee. Massage places are aplenty too. A small night market is located within 5 mins walk (it is located in front of Cicilia hotel). Staff are super friendly and approachable. Our room is clean and bed is comfy.
